Terms & Conditions

1. All promotions and giveaways are valid only during the Wedding Fair period (25 April – 25 May 2025) and are available exclusively for in-store purchases at Tailored Jewel.
2. Promotions are applicable for one (1) purchase per customer only and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, discounts, or rebates.
3. All gifts and vouchers are on a first-come, first-served basis and available while stocks last. Tailored Jewel reserves the right to replace any item with an item of similar value without prior notice.
4. The 'Bring a Friend' rebate applies only when a customer brings a non-spouse/non-partner friend. It does not apply to couples purchasing together.
5. To be eligible for the lucky draw, a minimum spend of RM4,000 in a single receipt is required. Each qualifying customer is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry only. There will be 3 winners for lucky draw with Grand Prize winning a pair of 1 Carat Lab-Grown Diamond Earrings, 1st Runner-Up a pair of 0.5 Carat Lab-Grown Diamond Earring & 2nd Runner-Up a pair of 0.3 Carat Lab-Grown Diamond Earring.
6. Instalment plans are only available for purchase RM4,000 and above. Should customers choose payment via installment plan, they will not be eligible for instant rebate promotions.
7. Spin the Wheel eligibility and prizes are limited to one (1) spin per qualifying transaction. Gifts are available while stocks last and Tailored Jewel reserves the right to replace any item with an item of similar value.
8. Voucher rewards (e.g. RM50, RM100, RM300) are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and valid for use on future purchases only. Terms for voucher usage may apply.
9. Gift with Purchase is applicable for in-store purchases above RM2,000 in a single receipt.
10. Love Letter activity is complementary and exclusive to wedding fair customers. Letters will be presented at time of ring collection. Tailored Jewel is not responsible for lost or damaged letters.
11. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the sole discretion of Tailored Jewel without prior notice.
12. Tailored Jewel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and may refuse the promotion if fraudulent activity or manipulation is suspected.
13. By participating in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
