Make sure your finger is at room temperature and your hands are clean and dry to avoid any inaccuracies caused by moisture or swelling
Slide the tip of the ring sizer through the buckle to create a loop. Place the loop over your finger.
Pull the end of the sizer to tighten it or push it to loosen. Adjust until the loop fits snugly at the base of your finger, where you plan to wear the ring.
Slide the sizer off and on a few times. It should fit snugly around the base of your finger and offer some resistance when sliding past your knuckle. Make sure it doens't slide off easily.
Look at the arrow on the buckle. Each line represents a full size. If the arrow points between two lines, it’s a half size.
